Knights of Columbus Building For Sale
Yesterday the Knights of Columbus building located at 3133 Meramec was listed for sale at $275K. The MLS# is 518045 and is listed with the South County office of Coldwell Banker Gundaker.
I’m not sure if they are moving or closing. If you know, please use the comments below to pass along the information.
I’d like to see a new owner open up the storefront that was closed with concrete blocks.

I noticed in the city journal that a company called “Alternitive Learning” has applied for an occupancy permit for the basement, first and second floors. They are discussed on page A8 of May 4 edition of the South Side Journal. This is a for profit company that our school board pays over a million dollars to so there is a place for expelled students to be educated. Their facility at Potomac and Oregon has drawn numerous complaints from neighbors. The still do not have an occupancy permit at that location but they continue to operate.
