Lawrence Group Launches SSNB Website
Local Architecture firm turned developer, The Lawrence Group, has launched a stunning website for their development in the former Southside National Bank building at Grand & Gravois.
If the project is as cool as the website it will be a great project. This is certainly long overdue for the area. The project will also include new construction along Gravois as well as Grand. The Melba Theatre building across Grand will also be renovated into retail and apartments.
The Lawrence Group is planning a Grand Opening sales party for April. As a REALTOR® I would be more than happy to represent anyone interested in purchasing one of these condos.

I love the penthouse, especially its view.
I notice that on the “neighborhood” page, Lawrence Group doesn’t list the closest restaurant – White Castle. Oversight? (Friends N’ Luvers did rate a mention, though.)
[REPLY – I noticed the inclusion of FnL but not the fast food restaurants. Good call on their part! And yes, the views are incredible. – SLP]
Fabulous!
I find the floorplans interesting. There is a balance you do not see in a lot of developments. Many housing developments are constructed with a variety of sizes: one, two, and three bedroom. This development is going to appeal to a very specific buyer which will lend to a quick sell, no doubt!
Also, I have to say, unless my old eyes are failing me, I didn’t see Botanicals on the Park which is at 3014 S Grand Blvd…I would include that as a retail amenity (did they close?)

A link has been added for Botanicals. My apoligies for the oversight and thanks for all the kind comments.
